Weaving as Journaling (Part 3)

In this workshop, participants will learn how to prepare a loom using simple materials that you can find at home. The teaching artist will guide the group through personal reflections, and connect those feelings with weaving choices. Then each person will create a tapestry that creatively documents their thoughts. We will weave to relax, to express ourselves, to find community, and with the philosophy that there is no such thing as a mistake! Everyone will walk away with a piece of woven art. Attendees do not have to be present for all sessions, and can pop in and out as they please.
